I have been paying Cobra payments since May 2003. On Dec.11th, I received a notice only that my ins. payment would increase by approx. $60. a month (20 days notice for increase).The following
week, I received a new card from my carrier with a different plan on the card. I have doctor appointments scheduled and none of my doctors accept this plan.Is this legal and what are my options? Patti
