My company was acquired by ADP. They do not offer domestic partner insurance. Acquired company did offer domestic partner insurance. They allowed acquired company insurance to continue through 12/31/03. On 1/1/04 they termed my domestic partner without offering cobra. They say my domestic partner doesn't qualify for cobra. Can they do that?
