If your husband was covered on your group policy before your hours were reduced and you work for a company with 20 or more employees that is required to offer COBRA, you should be able to enroll your husband. If fewer than 20 employees, check your state laws to see if they have anything for smaller company employees. If no COBRA is available read your rights under HIPAA law regarding pre existing conditions.
