hi i was laid off on 28th oct 2004. my employer never sent my cobra paper until the 9th of feb.they want me to pay for nov.dec. and jan payments. the payments also went from 316 to 386. i dont think i should pay for there mistake and for something i could not use.can i get them to pay the back payments.thanks for your help.
