I have two questions:
1. I am covered by my husband's benefits for 3 years after he retires. I am under consideration for a position with benefits. Since I do not need benefits at this time, and would not elect to take tham, what happens if I leave the job after a year or so......am I still eligible for COBRA benefits?
2. If the employer has less than 20 employees, does that mean that you automatically cannot get COBRA?
