I have been making monthly payments to my administator through their website. I have just found out today that they have not been crediting the total amount to my account that they have been taking from my checking account. This resulted in them cancelling my insurance becuase the said I did not make the full payment within the 30 day grace period. My coverage apparently laspsed on Jan 31, 2004, even though they accepted a payment from me after that. I have documentation. Does anyone have any information on who regulates the administrator so I can lodge a formal complaint?
