I began Cobra Jan 2003 and have three months left.I will be 63 Oct 2004 and have been rejected to obtain ins as of health reasons- breast cancer-need 1 1/2 yrs before I will be 10 yrs free of CA. And because of my age so close to medicare coverage. Can I extend my Cobra till 65?
