My husband started cobra March 28, 2003. He was granted social security disability on June 1, 2003. To qualify for the 11 month extension,(29 mths instead of the regular 18) We were told it has to be in the first 60 days of cobra. We are over by 3 days!! What can we do to get that extension?? We are only 3 days difference.
