From the info I'm finding, GA has a cobra mini-law that mandates cobra option for individuals in a company w/ 2 - 19 employees. What I'm reading from regulatory systems such as the eeoc, they get involved when a co has 20 + employees.
I absolutely qualified for cobra, but my coverage was actually cancelled as of 4 days BEFORE I was
no longer w/ the company. Can any one tell me what governing entity I should file my grievance w/?
