My husbands old employer was given 3 weeks notice for him
leaving, the last day of employment was March 30, 2004. His last day of
insurance coverage was April 1, 2004. We have not received anything
reflecting the Cobra Insurance, and He was put in the hospital on April
17, 2004 to April 18, 2004. Should we have received the Cobra options
by now, or if we receive it shortly will it be effective as of April 1,
2004. Please advise. Thanks
