Why does it take so long for Ceridian to notify health carrier monthly premium was received? Does Ceridian deposit in bank account and hold onto money as long as possible before forwarding to health carrier? Ceridian keeps telling us carrier is notified by email or fax of receipt of payment. However when we contact carrier, carrier indicates Ceridian has not notified them payment received. Does Ceridian have a time frame requirement in regard to notifying carrier payment has been rec'd?
