I hate to be dense about this issue but I am still unclear. My company will no longer offer the plan I am on after july 1 and they are insisting that I sign up for one of their new plans that are not as good as the one I have now. Am I entitled by law (COBRA) to insist that I get the same coverage that I currently have? And if I sign up for one of their new plans, do I give up the opportunity or the right to insist on keeping my current plan? Thank you.
