i am on cobra and have blue shield of california who preapproved my surgery but then refused to pay my bills because after my surgery they informed me that my insurance was cancelled to a date retrocative to before my surgery because even tho i paid my premium the ins plan administrator to not pay it to blue shield who then cancelled questions (10 what law says they can not retroactively deny coverage (2) is this erias or cobra and (3) how do i find out who the plan administrator was gratia
