(6 monthss of premiums not paid) What happened to our money we contributed, how can we get it back, the employer was asked if he owed his ee's wages and he say all employees are fine. It is past the date to put in a claim with the BK court, now what? The ee's who want to contiunue coverage are now being asked to pay what the employer did not pay if they want to contiune coverage.
