I work for an employer who is part of a plan for over 20
employees. I am planning on leaving my job next January. I understand that
I am eligible for 18 months of health insurance coverage after I terminate
employment. Would I be, and how do I ensure, that I can have coverage under
CAL-Cobra (which covers for an additional 18 months?). Do I have to now
make sure we are covered under CAL - Cobra. is Cal cobra only for employers
under 20 employees.
