I did not post this message originally. I have never heard of SHPS. Who is SHPS/

: I am also having problems with SHPS and I intend to write a letter. In fact, I just wrote a letter to them 2 weeks ago but I have yet to receive a response. However, I didn;t address it to anyone in particular. Would you know who/what department to best address it to? Thanks!
