Cobra coverage is issue3d thorugh your former health plan. Read the plan booklet it tells you who and how to contact someone. Besides to cancel COBRA all you have to do is not pay the premiums. Nothing magix about it.

: I filled out my cobra paperwork and turned it in by the middle of March (it's now the end of April) and STILL haven't heard a THING from Cobra. Now, I'm needing to cancel the coverage.
