My daughter left her job at wal-Mart in Fla. and moved to NY for a different job. Her new insurance has a three month waiting period. In the meantime she got sick and needed to be hospitalized. She will need medical coverage for her medications and dr. care. Does her old job still provide coverage for 30 days after she left? Will they provide COBRA coverage in NY for her? Where do we go from here???
