Okay heres the deal, my mom is 70 years old and my dad is dead.and im 16 years old. I had Blue Cross and blue sheild, but it got cancelled somehow, dealing with the payments were taken out of the bank and they sent a notice about somthing, but went to the wrong address and we didnt realise till i messed my knee up and went to the doctor. like a year and half later.: So weve tried to get back on with BC&BS, but they said it was too late. so my mom go OHPR(okla. high risk) well the paperwork is SOOOOO confusing and we went to the doctors office to get him to help us fill it out and he was like "theres nothing wrong with you" BS and i know there is SOMTHING wrong and so does my mom, but we cant check it out, cuz we have no insurance. and its been getting progressivly worse since 8th grade im now goign to be in the 11th grade in the fall.well all that i would to know how to try for COBRA, in oklahoma,on an individual person bases.(OHPR says i have to be refussed by COBRA before we can do OHPR) were so desperate were willign to pay anythign it takes. PLEASE someone help.
