Does anyone have knowledge of changing insurance plans while on COBRA? Example: We have Blue Cross Blue Care Network, but the same employer who offered the Cobra has another insurance plan like PPOM, which will cover a surgery we need, unlike our Blue Care Network......Can we switch and if so, is there a waiting period, or pre-existing clause we need to follow? We've had Cobra for approx 9 months. Any HELP in this matter is appreciated!!
