Hello,
I understand that when I first elect cobra insurance I have 45 days to agree and I belive 30 days to pay. that payment must include all previous months up to date and then I get re-instated back to the original start date.
Then I understand I make my payments by the first of each month, but actually I have a 30 day grace period to make the payment.
My qustion is:
during that 30 day period (before my check is received) am I removed from coverage until the payment is made and then re-instated ?
