You can complain to your state insurance commissioner. But if you want to do something hire a lawyer to sue them for penaties of up to $110/pay for their failure to comply.
: i would like to logde a formal complaint against my former employer( GEICO insurance company. My last day on the job was March 31st 2004 and as of today i have not received any papers so i can request cobra insurance until my new employer covers me. It has now been 44 days and what they are doing is against the law. I am a diabetic and i need my insulin daily.
