I have the same problem and have not found any answers. Was approved with Pacificare, had surgery, then learned employer changed to Healthnet retroactive to prior to surgery. Healthnet had denied the claim 6 times for various reasons, 2 of the bills are now on my credit. This totals $50K. Have you found any answers.
