I recently quit my job. In fact it has been over a month now that
I have not been employed with this company. I DO believe that the company
has atleast 20 employees and I had been with the company for exactly 1 year.
I voluntarily left the company for another position with a better company.
I received a letter from my health care provider (Amerihealth) which stated
that as of 4/25/04 I was being terminated. I have not received any
information on COBRA at all. What can I do?
