My company sent me a letter stating that my cobra payment would be $169.19 in Feb/2004. I was contacted the latter part of May after I had sent in Feb-May's cobra pymt. for the $169.19, that they made a mistake and my pymt. really is $204.00. They held on to all the payments that that I had sent in. I asked them if they would make good on what they told me for two months and I would send in the increase eff. May. They refused. Are they in violation of the cobra laws?
