I am working with Covenant House in Charleston, WV. We are doing a project on Legal Rights for people with AIDS/HIV. I have a few questions after reading your information and some other information.
If you have under 20 employees, how many months are you allowed to continue your insurance, or by WV law, are you still eligible for COBRA-is this the 2-19 employees are eligible for 18 months?
If you are unable to pay COBRA premiums, is there a similar program like the CHIC program in IL that will pay so much money a month toward the premium.
