Reason given: 18 months is all they have to give.
My understanding is that spouse gets 36 months. And paper signed showed 36 months with expiration date of Nov 30, 2004.
Can they legally cancel if premium is up to date and they have continued to cash check?
They are denying payment of medical services for May 2004 at this time.
