I have paid for my COBRA heath insurance through June. As it turns out, my new employers coverage began June 6. My former employer is telling me that I cannot have a refund for the portion of my prepayment that covered June 7-30.
Does anyone know if the employer can refuse to refund premium payments already made when you attempt to cancel in the middle of the month? - Thanks
