My COBRA administrator canceled my coverage because they claim to have never received the payment I sent them. They've done so without any warning of not receiving the payment.
I have offered to send another check, to fax them a copy of the check stub, to no avail.
Do I have any recourse, legal or otherwise in this matter? My family depends on the coverage and now my wife and kids are without insurance.
Any help in this matter is appreciated.
