When ins. changes it always happens immediately-no lapse in time. Will I still have Cobra though the ins. co. it is thru changes?

: Your COBRA is a continuation of your exact same coverage. If it was covered under the group plan, it will still be covered under COBRA.

: It depends on if they change carriers, or end the plan, then a start another one up later. As long as a reseonable amount of time has elapsed, between the ending of one plan, and the starting of another, they would not have to offer you COBRA.
