I paid my quarterly COBRA paymenty to my former employer well in advance of the June 15th Due Date, and my check was cashed by the employer. I am now told that the Company is withdrawing from the insurance plan and hooking up with a new group plan.

I have been advised by the Persident that he does not choose to offer me the COBRA (7 months left) with the new group since there are less than 20 employees, and that my coverage on the old policy will be cancelled as of June 15th.

Since my employer did not advise me until the 30th, who is responsible for my medical bills from June 15th to June 30th? I had six Physical Therapy sessions in that time as follow-up to orthopedic surgery last month.
