What constitudes gross misconduct. I am was let go from work. I had a verbal altercation with another employee who actually started it. I was let go, other employee just got a suspension. I did not get offered Cobra insurance but had 15 days to decide if I wanted to keep company insurance at my expense. I thought any company having over 20 employees had to offer Cobra to a terminated employee
