The employee does not have to sign. We can file an injunction action to stop the harassing phone calls. Call and ask for me.

: WE HAVE AN EMPLOYEE WHO IS NOT QUITE ELIGIBLE FOR OUR GROUP PLAN AND IS TAKING PART IN COBRA WITH HIS FORMER EMPLOYER. THIS EMPLOYER IS TRYING TO GET HIM TO SIGN A DOCUMENT SAYING THAT HE NO LONGER WANTS COBRA AS OF 7-1-04. I HAVE ADVISED HIM THAT NUMBER ONE---HE IS STILL NOT ON OUR PLAN OFFICIALLY AND NUMBER TWO THEY CAN NOT REQUIRE HIM TO SIGN THIS DOCUMENT. HE DID FULFILL THE REQUIRED DOCUMENT WHEN HE ELECTED COBRA AND HAS MADE ALL HIS PREMIUM PAYMENTS ON TIME. PLEASE ADVISE AS HE CONTINUES TO RECEIVE HARRASSING PHONE CALLS FROM HIS FORMER EMPLOYERS ADMINISTRATION STAFF.
