I started a new job on 6/1/04, but have found myself in a
very unhealthy work environment. I need to resign from my new position but don't have another job secured yet. By law, will I be eligible for Cobra under my current employer even though I've only been here for 6-7 weeks, or do I still qualify for Cobra under my last employer (resignation date of 5/27/04)? I will also need information on cost. Is there someone I can call to discuss this?
