re: benefits I am entitled to
I currently work for a government agency that provides health insurance for myself and husband for a small bi-weekly premium. I will be voluntarily leaving my job in a couple months to move out of state. I am also currently pregnant. The insurance that I am currently covered by is only available where I reside now. Would I have any coverage or rights under the COBRA Act?
