Yes you would be eligible for Cobra Benefits when you leave your job. My husband recently quit his job volutarily and we are using Cobra benefits now. Your husband and baby will also be eligible for benefts for up to 18 months.

I will be voluntarily leaving my job in a couple months to move out of state. I am also currently pregnant. The insurance that I am currently covered by is only available where I reside now. Would I have any coverage or rights under the COBRA Act?
